Depending on how you qualify the question, there are a number of teams that have never made the playoffs and therefore never lost a post season series. For example, the San Diego Clippers and gthe New Orleans Jazz. I suppose in baseball the Washington Senators that were managed by Ted Williams, and ending up moving to Texas, would be another example . . .
